Oil cake is one of the most popular recipes on Pinterest and has become a popular ingredient for many dessert recipes.
However, many people have mixed opinions about it and others prefer a lighter cake.
What you need: – a cake pan or cupcake pan (I use a 10-inch round cake pan).

What you need to make: 1 cup of sugar 1/4 cup of brown sugar 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1 egg yolk, beaten What to do: Using a small mixer on low speed, beat the sugars until light and fluffy.
Add the vanilla and lemon juice and beat on low until fluffy.
Bake in the preheated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.
The cake should be a light brown.
If not, bake for an additional 10-20 minutes.
Cool completely and refrigerate for about a week.
When you are ready to enjoy, place the cake in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before slicing or cutting.
